HR Culture Assistant (Hybrid) needed in Plymouth, £15.56ph PAYE - Reference: OR101091 The HROD Service delivers a comprehensive and customer-centric professional service across the client in accordance with relevant employment related legislation, guidance, policies and best practice. In this placement you will: Be the first point of contact, triaging HR enquiries from employees and managers and supporting the HROD function. Coordinate all grading requests and maintain accurate records for the job evaluation of roles. Coordinate and promote financial wellbeing schemes, including salary sacrifice offers to employees. This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
