Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting Family Court Advisers to work with CAFCASS across Kent and Medway, with two vacancies available.
Public Law - Work after first Hearing
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Completing safeguarding checks and undertaking welfare assessments in line with CAFCASS practice standards.
* Producing high-quality reports, including safeguarding letters and Section 7 reports, where required.
* Working directly with children and families to assess risk, welfare, and protective factors.
* Ensuring the child's voice is central to all assessments and recommendations.
* Attending Family Court hearings and contributing professional analysis and recommendations.
* Working collaboratively with judiciary, legal professionals, local authorities, and partner agencies.
Pay Rate:
* £36.50 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent).
* Social Work England registration.
* Experience within CAFCASS, Family Court, or a comparable statutory court-based role.
* Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills.
