5. Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
6. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
7. Provide assistance during financial audits and compliance checks.
8. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in financial processes.
9. Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts as required.
10. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Accounts Assistant should have:
11. A strong background in accounting and finance practices.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
13. Experience with VAT Returns
14. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
15. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in the energy and natural resources sector.
16. Experience in managing accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
17. Understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
