Key requirements for the Senior Property Manager Role:
5. At least 18 months of previous experience in property management
6. ARLA qualified ideally, however, not essential
7. A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
8. Exceptional organisational skills
9. Ability to work quickly and accurately
10. Comfortable working under pressure
11. Positive, proactive attitude
12. A true team player who is driven and self-motivated
13. Full UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
Your responsibilities as a Senior Property Manager:
14. Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
15. Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
16. Managing and resolving maintenance issues promptly, keeping clients informed
17. Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations
18. Keeping property systems up to date
19. Assisting with landlord payments and accounts
