The school supports pupils with a range of needs, including challenging behaviour and additional learning needs such as ASC. About the Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting class and subject teachers to maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Working with students in KS3-KS4, you will provide: 1:1 support Small-group interventions Whole-class behaviour support You will help pupils develop confidence, improve social and emotional skills, and achieve their academic goals, using effective behaviour management techniques throughout.
