About The Role:
You’ll lead and scale our engagement and outreach strategy across diverse markets—ensuring our products don’t just launch, but land with power. From early adopter communities to enterprise partners, you’ll be responsible for activating growth, increasing visibility, and deepening resonance across clinical, wellness, corporate, and digital health sectors.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—ideal for someone fluent in growth marketing, partnerships, market insight, and community activation.
Responsibilities : Brand Strategy & Stewardship
* Shape and execute a cohesive brand strategy that captures and communicates MyelinZ’s mission, positioning us distinctively in neurotechnology, brain health, and space-health.
* Safeguard consistency and quality of brand identity across all materials and platforms—digital and physical.
* Evaluate brand performance across key markets and lead strategic initiatives to strengthen recognition, trust, and equity.
Marketing & Strategic Communications
* Create impactful marketing assets—presentations, brochures, case studies, thought leadership—that reflect our vision and inspire action.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated campaigns that highlight the uniqueness and real-world impact of MyelinZ’s technologies.
* Craft clear, compelling messaging and tailored value propositions for clinicians, researchers, institutional partners, investors, and end-users.
* Oversee the production and dissemination of content across digital, print, and earned media—ensuring consistency, clarity, and reach.
Digital Engagement & Campaigns
* Lead and optimise digital marketing efforts—social media, newsletters, email, and online advertising—to drive engagement and generate leads.
* Manage content strategy and website performance with a focus on user experience and growth.
* Track and analyse campaign metrics, using data insights to refine strategy and enhance effectiveness.
Outreach, Events & Ecosystem Engagement
* Plan, execute, and represent MyelinZ at key events, conferences, and showcases to increase visibility and spark partnerships.
* Identify and secure strategic sponsorships and speaking opportunities aligned with our brand and growth goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
* 5–7+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand leadership, or audience growth—preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or deeptech.
* Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills—with a flair for storytelling and clarity.
* Strong grasp of digital marketing platforms, performance analytics, and campaign management tools.
* Proficiency in design and creative tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
* Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities.
* Strategic thinker with a creative, data-driven, and hands-on mindset.
* Comfortable operating across teams, disciplines, and time zones.
