There is now an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to join the business in a role that can be shaped around the successful candidate’s experience whether at Technical Coordinator, Senior Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Manager level. This position reports directly into the Operations Director.
We’re looking for individuals with experience in the house building sector, ideally from an architectural or engineering background, with working knowledge of AutoCAD highly desirable.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaising daily with external consultants to ensure timely and suitable design services
2. Coordinating with Building Control and Warranty Providers to facilitate legal completions
3. Addressing day-to-day construction queries from site teams
4. Ensuring Part L compliance and maintaining photographic records
5. Tendering to multi-utility providers and overseeing design implementation
6. Managing Section Agreements through to completion (paperwork and site works)
