Contract: Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
Salary: £12.69 – £13.31 per hour (dependent on experience) plus an additional £30 per sleep‑in shift.

Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic residential care workers to join our amazing team. Build strong relationships, foster a warm, supportive, and rewarding environment for the children and young people in our care. Key Responsibilities
* Provide emotional support during challenging times.
* Foster ambition, assist children in achieving goals, and maximise potential.
* Offer support in educational pursuits.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare written reports for planning meetings or reviews.
* Empower young people to actively participate in decision‑making about their lives and future.
* Act as an advocate in meetings where the young person is the subject of discussion.
* Encourage community engagement, attend off‑site activities, and expand personal social networks.
* Meet the needs of children and young people, organise social activities, and maintain the home (laundry, cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc.).
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements
* Minimum age: 21 years old.
* Full UK driving licence preferable but not essential.
* No prior experience necessary; only a commitment and passion for working with young people.
* Must have availability for sleep‑in shifts.
