We are seeking a Supervisor for our Instrument Processing team to oversee staff productivity and welfare while ensuring compliance with Department of Health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Ensure safe and efficient decontamination, instrument assembly and sterilisation of instruments, consumables and equipment within predefined quality standards.
* Provide direct and effective supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean and/or sterile instrumentation.
* Ensure operational activities fully comply with all required Health and Safety procedures and guidelines.
* Monitor, maintain and record all department quality assurance records in accordance with the QMS.
* Proactively monitor, evaluate and ensure compliance with required Health and Safety procedures and keep staff informed and trained on health and safety procedures in the workplace.
* Participate as an integral member of the management team and contribute suggestions for innovation, continuous improvement and best practices.
* Assist and support the Production Manager in planning and operational processes.
Qualifications
* Educated to a good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities.
* Basic end-user IT skills required to operate track and traceability IT system.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:00.
