Assistant Home Manager – 2-Bed LD Children’s Home Location: Cannock, Staffordshire Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum £50 per sleep-in Requirements: Level 3 or 4 qualification and Full UK Driving Licence Hours: On-rotational shifts (7am–10pm) with additional weekly office hours We are looking for a committed and experienced Assistant Home Manager to join our dedicated team at a small, nurturing 2-bed children’s home in Rugeley, Staffordshire. The home supports children with Learning Disabilities (LD) and offers a safe, supportive, and stable environment. As Assistant Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care, overseeing daily operations, guiding the staff team, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
