With mobile engineers backed by a Service Manager, Contracts & Applications Manager, and Technical Support Engineer, we pride ourselves on fast response times, high-quality service, and a friendly, collaborative environment.
Why This Role Matters
As our Service Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations - keeping engineers, customers, and internal teams connected, organised, and supported. You'll ensure every job runs smoothly, from first enquiry to final payment, helping us exceed customer expectations every single time.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing customer enquiries and logging them accurately in the CRM
Preparing and sending quotations for labour and materials
Scheduling reactive and planned maintenance visits and populating engineers' diaries
Coordinating with customers and ensuring engineers have all necessary tools, parts, and information
Arranging travel, accommodation, and fleet requirements for site visits
Identifying opportunities for additional works, maintenance, or equipment upgrades
Supporting credit checks, invoices, and finance processes
What We're Looking For
Excellent organisational and time management skills - you can juggle multiple tasks with ease
Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic finance/document systems
Strong communication skills - you can confidently liaise with customers and internal teams
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment
