As Deputy Care Home Manager your gentle touch will put the residents care and wellbeing at the heart of everything you do. As Deputy Care Home Manager like a captain of a ship, you will steer on all clinical governance and compliance and onboarding your team to provide top class care and health and safety of all residents which is effectively ongoing assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated.
