Igloo are on the lookout for Sales Administrators to join our client’s team!
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administration of the sales and logistics department. This position often involves fast-paced, time-sensitive tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, supporting both internal operations and external customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficient and professional handling of customer telephone inquiries.
2. Processing orders for same-day dispatch.
3. Communicating with customers and suppliers via telephone and email to ensure order fulfilment.
4. Providing general office administration support to the Office Manager.
5. Data input on various databases and preparation of paperwork.
6. Assisting with stock control and periodic stocktaking.
7. Accommodating any ad-hoc duties as required by the management team.
8. Strict adherence to the company's Health & Safety guidelines.
What kind of person are we looking for?
9. Excellent keyboard, MS Office, and computer skills.
10. Good telephone manner.
11. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
12. Exceptional attention to detail.
13. Organised and methodical approach to work.
14. Adaptability and flexibility in handling tasks.
15. Willingness to occasionally engage in light and medium lifting duties.
16. Ability to work collaboratively in a small but busy team.
17. Willingness to commute or relocate.
18. GCSE or equivalent qualification (preferred).
19. Driving licence (preferred).
