As they continue to expand, they're looking for a Brand Activation Manager to take ownership of shopper marketing, in-store execution, and digital brand presence-ensuring their products are easy to find, shop, and enjoy.

The Role
Sitting within the marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving brand visibility and engagement across key customers in retail and digital channels. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, category, and external agency partners to deliver impactful activation plans that resonate with shoppers and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute activation plans that align with commercial objectives
* Work closely with retailers to ensure standout in-store visibility and promotions
* Lead on customer events to drive engagement and brand presence
* Collaborate with digital teams to enhance online brand execution
* Measure and evaluate the success of activations, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement
