Job Details
We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Co-ordinator to
line manage a large team of staff working from various establishments, ensuring an effective, efficient and co-ordinated administrative and clerical support service for Headteachers and the management team
.
The post holder will also work with Administrative Co-ordinator colleagues to continually review, improve, develop and consistently implement changes and improvements to operational systems and processes in line with changing objectives and resources.
As an Administrative Co-ordinator, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Primary Business Manager.
Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements
You are required to have an HND or equivalent educational qualification to SCQF level 8 in a relevant discipline.
You will have extensive experience of working in an
Educational
setting, along with an ability to respond positively in an environment of change.
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
