We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office support duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform general office duties Manage and organise electronic files, records, and documents. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and cooperation. Make calls to customers to provide information, follow up on enquiries, and handle customer service needs. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Proven experience as an office administrator or in a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanour and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
