Your Role and Responsibilities
* Provide high-standard, 24-hour care to vulnerable young people.
* Support service users dealing with early trauma and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD).
* Foster independence by accompanying young people to school and community activities.
* Maintain clear professional boundaries and adhere to National Care Standards.
* Collaborate effectively with existing teams to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
* Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
What we need from you
* Experience: Proven background in a residential setting working with young people.
* Registration: Must be registered (or willing to register) under the PVG scheme.
* Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
* Drivers: A full UK driving licence is preferred.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
