As part of our strategic expansion, we are establishing a Belfast Hub. We are seeking a client-focused and self-motivated Paraplanner to join Isio Wealth and support the development of our new hub. What does the role entail? As an Isio Paraplanner, you will be part of a team of professional, technical experts that enable consultants to deliver excellent client outcomes across all aspects of financial planning; combining technical expertise, analysis, compliance diligence, and digital tools. You will support and drive our engagement and success through: Providing a seamless client experience throughout the client journey Working with consultants, taking fact find, meeting notes and general guidance from the consultants to prepare reports/recommendations Ensuring sufficient client information is obtained, and analysing information gathered by the consultant and challenging advice where required Writing comprehensive financial planning reports Analysing client data, preparing cash flow plans and tax calculations Handling client queries by telephone and email when required Keeping up-to-date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes. Ensuring relevant CPD is maintained and recorded accurately Undertaking product, investment and market research and extensive experience of the full holistic suite of reports Assisting to develop, support and maintain processes Compliance with the FCA rules & regulations and Isio policy and procedures Where is the role? This role is based in our new hub in Belfast City Centre where we will be operating our virtual service for clients with less than £300k in investible assets. We work on a hybrid basis, offering you the opportunity to work both in the office and from home. The expectation would be 3 days per week in the office.
