Requirements
* An undergraduate degree (preferred) and/or previous SEN experience, especially relevant for Criminology and Psychology graduates.
* Interest in how mental health and Autism affect different genders, often overlooked.
* Good education in English and Maths (5 GCSEs or equivalent).
* Interest in extracurricular activities like Sport, Cooking, Coding, Dance, Hairdressing, Photography to develop personal skills.
* Understanding of various learning and behavioral needs, including SEMH.
