Job summary
We are recruiting for a Nurse Associate at Bridgnorth Community Hospital.
This role involves providing holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages in various settings. You will work independently under the supervision of registered nurses, adhering to their code of conduct and Standards of Proficiency for Nursing Associates.

Main duties of the job
1. Communicate effectively, with sensitivity and compassion, managing relationships with people and making reasonable adjustments where necessary.
2. Contribute to establishing a modern, customer-oriented service ethos, translating that into a culture of effective, patient/user-centred delivery tailored to individual needs.
3. Ensure care effectiveness through careful assessment of patients' conditions, appropriate planning and delivery of care, regular evaluation of care objectives, escalation of concerns, and working under the leadership of registered nurses at all times.

Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential):
* Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
* Educated to Level 5 Diploma of Higher Education and Foundation Degree in nursing associate practice / Nurse Associate Apprenticeship Certificate
Experience (Essential):
* Demonstrable experience of working as a Nurse Associate within the NHS or other care setting
Knowledge and Skills (Essential):
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* IT skills appropriate to the role
* Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
* Understanding of the role of the Nursing Associate within the team and organization, and how it contributes to service development
Other (Essential):
* Ability to meet travel requirements of the role
