This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential childcare professional to step into a leadership role and help shape a nurturing, therapeutic environment for young people with emotional and behavioural needs. Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, child-centred care that meets Ofsted standards and promotes positive outcomes for the young people in your care.
