In this role, you'll play a vital part in the onboarding process for new team members. Your responsibilities will include coordinating new starters, tracking and ensuring timely completion of training and competencies assessments to agreed SLAs for the whole of Water Recycling Networks. You'll also be instrumental in developing and implementing induction plans, as well as liaising with key stakeholders to ensure everything is in place for new starters to ensure they have the best possible when starting. With your meticulous planning, reporting, and progress tracking, you'll ensure a seamless and successful start for our new team members. Your key duties will include: Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure new starters are booked onto appropriate training and induction programmes. Ensuring availability and ordering tools, PPE and equipment for new starters Work with our Tactical Asset Health team and Fleet team to maximise utilisation of vehicles required for new starters. Create an onboarding and training schedule to for new starters to ensure they are safe, competent, and available. Work with front line managers and the training team to provide monthly visibility and updates on training requirements/gaps and development opportunities. Carry out general technical secretary duties with WRN delivery support team Coordinate meetings and support partner functions in delivery of the WRN improvement plans Supporting throughout incidents and emerging opportunity areas What does it take to be a Delivery Support Coordinator? Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 programmes especially Excel and power BI Experience of gathering and analysing data to drive operational efficiency Full UK driving license Keeping track of deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining detailed records of delivery activities Act as the primary point of contact for teams.
