Customer Service Representative

Location: Bangor, Onsite
Salary: £26,000 per annum + benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent

The Role

We are recruiting a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a well-established organisation with a strong operational footprint across multiple locations. This role plays a key part in supporting valued clients, managing day-to-day service activity, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience.

You'll be working in a fast-paced office environment, acting as a central point of contact for assigned accounts while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts

2. Handle incoming queries and issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution

3. Liaise with internal teams to coordinate service activity and meet agreed timelines

4. Maintain accurate records by updating customer and operational information across internal systems

5. Monitor account activity and highlight opportunities to improve service levels

6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance processes and customer satisfaction

Essential Criteria

7. Proven experience delivering excellent customer service

8. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

9. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

10. Comfortable working under pressure in a busy office environment

11. Strong IT capability and experience working across multiple systems

12. Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service-focused role

13. Background in a high-volume operational or coordination-based environment

14. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

15. High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data

16. Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic setting
