Job Role: Operating and monitoring, dispensing and processing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
Accurately measuring and mixing raw products for production, ensuring correct formulations and reactions
Handling and storing materials safely
Using CNC operating machinery and touch screen panels
Conducting visual and physical quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
Maintaining accurate records of batches, materials used, and any deviations or issues
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, following 5S and housekeeping standards
Working closely with team members and shift leaders to achieve production targets and maintain a steady workflow
Participating in toolbox talks, health & safety briefings, and ongoing training initiatives
Skills and experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Numerically minded
Ability to read and follow technical instructions
Physically fit
Good attention to detail
Awareness health & safety procedures
