This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveying professional committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Duties and responsibilities include;
1. Prepare and analyse cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
2. Monitor project expenditure and ensure costs are controlled effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Conduct site visits, as required, to assess progress and verify that work aligns with budget forecasts.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate costs and ensure projects meet all deliverables in relation to quality, cost and completion
5. Prepare, management and maintain comprehensive commercial records related to each project.
6. Identify potential cost overruns early and recommend corrective actions to mitigate financial risks.
