Hours: 37.5 hours Salary: £40,000 per annum

* A True Leader confident in coaching and leading a team of individuals to meet their full potential
* Confident providing exceptional resident experience, handling difficult welfare and wellbeing situations, and resolving complex issues.
* Process driven, with a sound understanding of P&L and budgeting.
* Tech savvy ability to learn new systems quickly and confident using Microsoft office applications
* Organised and detail-oriented, with strong commitment to ensuring Health & Safety is paramount at your property.
* Extensive Sales and Marketing Drive
* Resilient, with the able to stay calm whilst dealing with complex welfare or anti-social behaviour issues
