An opportunity for an experienced estate agency Sales Negotiator to negotiate property sales, generate new business, and deliver high standards of customer service within a residential estate agency.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator with ambition and a strong desire to succeed within residential estate agency.
This role will suit someone confident, articulate, and comfortable dealing with the public while negotiating property sales and developing new business opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Negotiating property sales between buyers and sellers
* Generating and winning new business opportunities
* Conducting viewings and liaising with applicants
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Providing clear communication throughout the sales process
* Delivering high levels of customer service at all times
* Contributing to the overall success of the branch
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience as a Property Sales Negotiator
* Proven sales and negotiation ability
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Positive, self-motivated, and ambitious attitude
* Well presented with a professional approach
* Knowledge of the Reading area preferred
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Ability to deal confidently with the public
