Job Description
3. Respond to inquiries from tenants and property owners via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
4. Handle complaints, maintenance requests, and service issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
5. Assist with the onboarding and move-in/move-out processes, including lease documentation and walkthroughs.
6. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, transactions, and feedback using property management systems.
7. Coordinate with maintenance teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely service and repairs.
8. Communicate important notices, updates, and events to residents and stakeholders.
9. Monitor rent collection and follow up on overdue payments as needed.
10. Provide administrative support to property managers, including filing, reporting, and data entry.
11. Contribute to a positive community atmosphere and uphold company standards of customer service.
The Successful Applicant
12. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium) is a plus.
16. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
17. Knowledge of tenant laws and fair housing regulations is advantageous.
