Your new roleHays are delighted to be working with an amazing charity based in South Belfast. This charity are seeking a purchase ledger for a period of 6 months with a chance of extension and huge chance of permanency.
1. Checking and coding of invoices for input onto the accounting system
2. Filing of invoices (electronic and hard copy)
3. Liaising with suppliers on any queries
4. Processing of regular supplier payments and ensuring all invoices are settled within the credit terms provided
5. Reconciliation of monthly supplier payments
6. Ongoing maintenance of the purchase ledger to include setting up new suppliers
7. Detailed review of month end aged creditors listing
What you'll need to succeedPurchase Ledger experience is essential for this role, And: At least 2 years experience of working in a finance environment
