Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: £14.50 Per Hour.
Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–4:30pm (30 mins lunch) Friday, 7:30am–1:30pm. Overtime Available.
About The Role:
Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a hands-on Shopfloor Production Support person to join our expanding team.
This is a varied and practical role, combining component balancing, general shopfloor support, driving, and maintenance/housekeeping duties to help keep production running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out static and dynamic balancing of precision-engineered components (training can be
* provided)
* Operate a forklift truck (Training can be provided)
* Drive company vehicles for collections and deliveries (clean UK driving licence essential)
* Assist with machine and shopfloor cleaning and general upkeep
* Support engineers with hands-on shopfloor and light maintenance tasks
Candidate Requirements:
* Clean and valid UK driving licence (essential)
* Background in engineering or mechanical work would be an advantage but not essential
* Balancing experience (static and/or dynamic) desirable but not required – full training provided
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
* Practical, reliable, and proactive approach to work
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
