Daily Responsibility
- Manage allocated projects, including allocation resource, managing the project coordination process and all aspects of compliance
- Handling of large volumes of data, some of which is sensitive and/or complex
- Provide advice and support to operational teams
- Maintain and build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Work with project teams to develop and maintain project action plans
- Support with internal and external reporting of our performance and progress
- Assist with bids and tenders to provide the relevant support on projects
- Develop case studies, presentations and bulletins to promote, educate and raise awareness across the business of works within the department
- Ability to balance competing priorities from a range of stakeholders using a high degree of tact
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness in reporting
Experience & Skills
- Experience of energy efficient retrofit would be preferred
- Literate in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills, allowing switching between a variety of tasks and meeting a combination of daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
- Must be analytical and enjoy problem solving with enthusiasm to enhance, improve, optimise, streamline
- A flexible, self motivating and agile attitude, allowing you to respond to client needs
- Meticulous attention to detail and precise record keeping skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, creating a team spirit, encouraging them to be at their best
- Ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track more efficient processes
