What will the Group Financial Controller role involve?
Lead the group consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to executive leadership, the Board, and external stakeholdersOversee treasury management and liquidity planning across multiple jurisdictions, driving enhanced cash visibility and working capital performanceManage group tax governance and compliance, supporting effective tax strategies across international operationsStrengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, and enhance the effectiveness of finance systems and data integrityLead the Group audit process and develop a high-performing central finance team as the business continues to expandPartner closely with senior leadership to provide financial insight that supports strategic growth initiativesSuitable Candidate for the Group Financial Controller vacancy:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant experience in group reporting within an international, multi-entity environmentFluent German speaker with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across German-speaking regionsStrong technical accounting knowledge, including multi-currency consolidations and experience of IFRS, UK GAAP, German GAAP and/or US GAAPProven treasury and tax oversight experience within a complex international group structureAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills, alongside experience with consolidation systems and ERP platformsA proactive, commercially focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentAdditional benefits and information:
