Location: Bridport


Job Type: Fixed Term (August 2025 - May 2026), Part-time (8 hours - 2 contracts available)

Role Overview

You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do, greeting and serving them in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be genuinely attentive to their needs and have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist them effectively.


Role Responsibilities

* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, using your knowledge to help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
* Maintain general housekeeping and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Adhere to all company policies and GDPR procedures.

* Maintain operational standards including handling deliveries, visual merchandising, health and safety, housekeeping, and stock management.


Experience

* Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Positive attitude and proactive approach.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Confidence to take initiative and work independently when needed.
* Strong team player with good time management skills.
