Recruitment Advisor
Location: Worcester, Cheltenham, or Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
Job Summary
The Recruitment Advisor will specialize in legal support and administrative vacancies across Harrison Clark Rickerbys' 10 offices. This role requires multitasking, prioritization, and dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
1. Candidate Journey Coordination:
o Creating job descriptions and adverts.
o Advertising positions on social media platforms.
o Promptly managing candidate inquiries.
2. Candidate Outreach:
o Engaging with potential candidates through different platforms.
3. Agency Coordination:
o Acting as the primary contact for Preferred Supplier List (PSL) agencies.
4. Support To Hiring Managers:
o Assisting hiring managers in defining role profiles, recruitment campaigns, and candidate management.
o Managing hiring managers' expectations throughout the process.
5. Application Screening:
o Reviewing applications and conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
6. Interview Coordination:
o Organizing interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
7. Offer Management:
o Liaising with the HR team for contract and offer paperwork.
8. Data Management:
o Maintaining accurate records and building a talent pool of future candidates.
9. Project Contribution:
o Assisting with occasional project work.
Requirements
About You
* Prior experience in a similar recruitment/resourcing role.
* Strong administration skills.
* Excellent telephone communication skills.
* Ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities.
* Good commercial awareness.
* Resilience and effective communication across all levels.
* Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
