Job Description
As the Finance Manager, your role responsibilities will include:
3. Manage all financial operations within the company, including AP, AR and budgeting.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
5. Develop and implement financial strategies and controls.
6. Oversee the audit and internal control processes.
7. Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
8. Production of monthly Management Accounts
9. Develop strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.
10. Collaborate with executive management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
11. Comply with all relevant regulations, laws and standards.
12. Maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
13. AAT, CIMA, ACCA Qualification or similar, or actively studying
14. Proven experience in a managerial finance role.
15. Proven experience working in the Hospitality sector.
16. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.).
17. Understanding of data analysis and forecasting.
18. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
