The Private Client team is ranked in The Legal 500 and advises a loyal client base, including high-net-worth individuals, across the full spectrum of Private Client matters including Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
A Head of Private Client/Legal Director is now sought to lead and grow its highly regarded team and this candidate will:
* Lead a close-knit, collegiate team of qualified solicitors and legal assistants
* Play a pivotal role in the firm’s continued growth and expansion plans
* Shape strategy while maintaining a high-quality technical practice
To be considered for this role, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE
* Have prior managerial or team leadership experience
* Possess broad Private Client expertise, ideally with a specialism in Trusts
* Be a supportive, nurturing leader who enjoys developing others
There is a strong and established caseload ready and waiting, with no requirement for a client following and a clearly defined career path.
