Behaviour Mentor require to provide 1-2-1 support for a Key Stage 3 student with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours. This vibrant alternative provision in south Birmingham is looking for a behaviour mentor to work closely with a student who has struggled to engage in lessons and has been permanently excluded from mainstream education. As a behaviour mentor you will be responsible for managing behaviours, delivering interventions and mentoring the student. You will be working closely with the class teacher to ensure that the student is supported appropriately, understands the work provided, and is making the appropriate progress.
