Essential Skills:
Proficient in hands-on mechanical repair and servicing
Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload within allocated hours
Basic understanding of workplace Health & Safety principles
Flexible with working hours as needed
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
A valid UK driving licence
Desirable Skills:
City & Guilds Craft Certificate or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
Manufacturer certification for servicing commercial vehicle/trailer suspensions
Experience working on commercial trailers or tail-lifts
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Repair / Service Workshop Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Servicing and repairing refrigerated trailers and tail-lifts according to company standards
Delivering high-quality, detailed workmanship on every job
Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
Supporting the team in achieving workshop productivity and quality goals
Taking part in training to enhance your technical skills and knowledge
