Key Responsibilities:

* Address patients for their first consultation visit to the clinic showcasing world class customer service and sales skills.
* Build relationships with patients by showing empathy, understanding, and enthusiasm for their goals.
* Provide clear and detailed information about our services, treatment processes, and what to expect during all treatments
* Follow up with patients via phone, email, and messages to boost treatment uptake.
* Use your selling and communication skills to promote our clinic’s services, focusing on patient needs.
* Keep our lead management system updated with accurate notes, call details, and next steps.
* Work with the clinical team and booking team to understand patient flow, appointment availability, and booking processes.
* Consistently meet or exceed the clinic's booking targets.

Key Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a healthcare, dental, or aesthetic/cosmetic environment.
* Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust.
* Energetic, outgoing personality with a warm and friendly demeanour.
* High emotional intelligence and empathy, with a patient-centred approach.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
* Proficiency in CRM or lead management software (preferred but not required; training provided).
