The Role IT Site Services / 2nd Line IT Support (BASED NEAR SLEAFORD)
This is ahands-on, site-based positionwhere youll take ownership of IT support across the facility.
You will:
1. Deliver2nd Line IT Supportacross office and production environments
2. Supportend-user devices, mobile devices, printers and other IT hardware
3. Manageincidents, service requests, changes and problem recordswithin anITIL environment
4. SupportVOIP telephony, AV equipment and network connectivity
5. Carry outproactive IT maintenance, patching and upgrades
