Folkestone Academy is looking for an exceptional Cognition and Learning Leader who will have direct responsibility for the Cognition and Learning team. Primarily, this will involve implementing and coordinating interventions for pupils with Cognition and Learning Neds. This is a permanent position and would suit a graduate considering teacher training in the future / or an individual with pastoral experience.
The successful candidate will:-

4. Have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

6. Be highly motivated and have a flexible approach towards work and working hours
7. Have knowledge of and experience of working with external agencies and voluntary groups is desirable
8. Candidates will have either: a strong academic track record to degree level/suitable qualifications /experience in pastoral care.
