We are working with a European leader in digital marketing, offering a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a well-established, high-impact event series. With a thriving audience of over 1,000 annual attendees and a strong brand presence across seven major markets, this is your chance to shape an events platform that’s already making waves across the continent.
The Events Director will elevate an existing series of digital and eCommerce events, expanding formats and geographies while leading all strategic and hands-on aspects.
Role Highlights
The Events Director will...
– Lead, shape, and expand a multi-format events programme across 7 European markets
– Host, MC, and coordinate events in iconic venues, from roundtables to full-day summits
– Manage and mentor an Events Manager, fostering development and delivery excellence
– Build high-value partnerships with digital brands, tech platforms, and retailers
– Deliver the annual internal company summit, curating a standout pan-European team experience
You Will Need
The Events Director will bring...
– 5–7 years of B2B event leadership experience, with experience in digital, eCommerce, or marketing sectors a plus
– Proven strength in both event strategy and on-the-ground delivery
– Confidence in public speaking, including hosting and panel moderation
– Strong stakeholder management across international teams
– Willingness to travel 2–3 times per month across Europe
