Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division are partnering with a global manufacturing organisation on the lookout for a HR & Development Project Partner to support key People and Culture and Learning & Development initiatives.
Based in Sheffield, this is a 12 month fixed-term contract offering a fantastic opportunity to drive real impact across a high-performing site and comes with the following benefits:

Duties & Responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the roll-out of a workforce culture plan aligned with company values
* Coordinating a full-site talent development programme (including skills gap analysis and training delivery)
* Playing an active role in a major site relocation project
* Partnering with stakeholders to shape future organisational structure and lead change activities
* Managing risks, timelines, and project deliverables across various workstreams
Key Skills & Experience:
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven HR project delivery experience (ideally within manufacturing or similar environments)
* Strong understanding of L&D planning, workforce development, and employee engagement
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
* PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a bonus
* On-site presence required 4 days per week, with occasional travel to other UK sites
