As the Lead Security Engineer, you will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems for our clients. You will lead and collaborate with our sales and engineering teams, ensuring top-tier service and support.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee installation of security systems including intruder alarms, CCTV, door hardware, mechanical and electrical locking systems, automatic doors, and access control systems at various sites.
* Ensure proper configuration and testing of these systems for optimal operation.
* Lead troubleshooting and resolve system issues to maintain functionality.
* Provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure system longevity and reliability.
* Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs promptly.
* Train and mentor junior engineers, fostering professional growth.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
