The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright Group is partnering with a well-established, entrepreneurial property business that has built a strong reputation for delivering fast, flexible and transparent property transactions across the UK. Operating in a high-performance, target-driven environment, the business combines a strong digital lead engine with an established investor network to deliver high-value, below-market opportunities.
They are now looking to appoint an Account Manager / Property Investment Consultant to cover a 12–18 month maternity period, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and sociable team, taking ownership of investor relationships and driving revenue in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
Role Profile:
* Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of property investors, acting as a trusted advisor
* Onboard new investors, understanding their criteria and matching suitable opportunities
* Present investment opportunities clearly, articulating returns, yield and overall value
* Manage deals through to contract, including negotiation of price and commercial terms
* Drive repeat business through consistent engagement and long-term relationship management
* Handle a high volume of live deals and investor interactions in a fast-paced environment
* Work closely with internal teams and maintain accurate pipeline updates to ensure smooth deal delivery
Person Specification:
* Proven experience in a target-driven sales, account management or relationship-focused role within a service-led environment
* Able to operate in a consultative, relationship-led sales approach rather than purely transactional selling
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand and discuss ROI, yield and overall investment value
* Excellent communication skills, with a professional, engaging and credible telephone manner
* Confident and capable negotiator, comfortable influencing outcomes and handling challenging conversations
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Resilient, driven and team-oriented, with the adaptability to learn quickly, perform under pressure and thrive in a collaborative, sociable culture
Other information:
* Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week), working 9:00am–6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am–5:00pm Friday
* Initial 12–18 month maternity cover contract, with potential for the role to become permanent
