WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Provide on-site field support for our partners and direct Panasonic customers in case of technical problems.
2. Support new customers during the first pre-commissioning visit on-site to support the customer and guarantee correct system set up.
3. Participate in central technical support for the service-partner-network in the respective region and/or area, together with a Field Support Engineer.
4. Identify technical issues and develop solutions as the first level of escalation after the call-centre and service-partners.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
5. Engineer for refrigeration/air-conditioning or building technologies, master craftsman refrigeration/air-conditioning, certified craftsman refrigeration/air-conditioning, or similar
6. Experience in the heating and cooling field (eg: hydraulics, laws, norms)
7. Ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
8. Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
9. Willingness to travel
