Responsibilities
* Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Ambient department, ensuring product availability, shop‑floor standards, safety and legal compliance.
* Plan and execute all trading activity on the shop floor, delivering great availability standards and key performance metrics.
* Lead the shrink agenda, setting clear standards and taking action to reduce shrinkage.
* Coach and engage the Ambient team to continuously improve routine and processes.
* Ensure promotional activity lands on brief, on time and drives the store’s selling agenda.

Qualifications
* Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment.
* Operational knowledge of food or non‑food departments.
* Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste and managing shrink.
* Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent customer service.
