The Role Key responsibilities include:
Leading employment tax engagements covering PAYE, IR35, and benefits
Advising clients on reward structures, global mobility, and workforce planning
Managing HMRC interactions and ensuring compliance accuracy
Mentoring and supporting the professional development of junior staff
Contributing to business development and client service excellence
Playing a key role in shaping the firm’s growing employment tax function
About You You will:
CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
with solid employment tax experience
Excellent technical knowledge of employment status, PAYE, and benefits‑in‑kind
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commercially astute, proactive, and collaborative
Ambitious and eager to succeed by creating value for clients and the team
