If you're an experienced Vehicle Technician and don't yet hold a Class 4 MOT Licence, we'll support you with training and fund the qualification to help you progress your career.

The Role
As an MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out Class 4 MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
* Completing MOT documentation accurately
* Identifying vehicle faults and safety defects
* Advising on MOT failures and required repairs
* Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
* Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
* Supporting general workshop repairs when required
* Maintaining high workshop, quality and safety standards
* Delivering excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
We would like to hear from:
* Qualified MOT Testers with a valid Class 4 MOT Licence
* Experienced Vehicle Technicians looking to become an MOT Tester
* Automotive Technicians, Diagnostic Technicians and Mechanics seeking career progression
You should have:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent preferred)
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Mechanic or MOT Tester
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Professional, reliable and team-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
