We’re supporting a growing workshop in Kegworth that specialises in producing high quality bespoke shopfitting, pop up installations and custom display pieces for major corporate brands. This is a practical, well run workshop with a friendly team, varied project work, and the chance to build visually impressive items from start to finish. You’ll be assembling, laminating, shaping and finishing bespoke joinery pieces used in premium retail and commercial environments. Job Title: Bench Hand Joiner Location: Kegworth Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Typical start 7:30am with 30 minute lunch. Early Friday finish at 1:30pm. Pay: Up to £18 per hour (overtime at 1.3x) Benefits: Early Friday finish, regular overtime available, long term stability, varied one off and prototype builds In this role, you will: Produce high quality bespoke joinery pieces from drawings Carry out laminating work to a high standard Assemble, shape, trim and finish components Work on small batch items, prototypes and custom one-offs Use your own joinery tools and equipment Maintain a clean, accurate standard of workmanship Work with a team who value precision and craftsmanship To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner Confidence with laminating and working with sheet materials Your own full set of tools (required) The ability to work independently from drawings Good attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate work How to Apply: Apply here or contact Josh Whitmore at Your Recruiters for more information.
